A lot of our products are small and relatively inexpensive so we want to make delivery costs as fair as possible. We have decided to be transparent by pricing our products at the best prices possible and then charge delivery separately at our cost price. Some companies claim to offer free delivery but the cost of items is usually slightly higher to cover delivery charges.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 4pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed on a bank holiday or over a weekend will be processed on the next working day. Please refer to our Term and Conditions as well as Returns Policy for more information relevant to the delivery process.
Delivery rates
Our delivery rates are firstly calculated by the physical size of the required packaging for your order followed by the total order weight. For example, if you item weighs 95g but is 10cm x 10cm x 10cm then the delivery cost will be £3.20. We encourage you to make the most of each order by ordering as many items as will fit in the delivery band that your order first falls into so additional items do effectively have free delivery.
